ONLINE CHECK-IN – REGISTRATION FORM
To save you time and make your stay more enjoyable, we have introduced quick online Check-in. This tool allows you to quickly and easily check in without waiting at the front desk.
We will automatically send you an email inviting you to check-in online 3 days before your arrival. If you forget, the system will notify you 1 day before you arrive.
The online Check-in form is very simple and requires basic personal data such as name, surname, address and ID card number. You can fill it out conveniently from home or anywhere, for example on your way to us. We need this information for your booking, and filling out the form will help us speed up the check-in process to avoid waiting at the front desk.
We ask you kindly to always complete the online Check-in. An email with the form will be sent to each guest when they book a stay.
ONLINE CHECK-IN
Our hotel reception is at your disposal 24 hours a day. You can contact us at any time in case of any questions, reservations or requests. We will provide you with all important information regarding your stay at our hotel.

- LATE CHECK OUT – If you are interested in an early Check-in or late Check-out, please contact the hotel reception. The provision of these additional services depends on the current operational and capacity capabilities of the hotel.
The late check-out fee until 1.00 pm is €30, until 4.00 pm – 50% of the room price/1 night.
Early Check in – until 10:00 am – 50% of the room price/1 night, from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm – €30.
Free WI-FI internet is available all around the hotel. To get the access, please register for our app.
During your stay, free parking is available in the hotel’s guarded car park. The capacity of the hotel car park is for 75 places.
Our chef has prepared a menu based on the latest modern trends in our unique hotel restaurant. The accommodation price includes breakfast and dinner excl. beverages.
Dress code in our restaurant – we suggest casual clothes. Swimwear, bathrobes, shorts, flip flops and slide sandals are not allowed in the hotel restaurant.
- Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant next to the hotel reception from 7:00am to 10:00am.
- Dinner is served from 6pm – 9pm (in the period from 1.4. – 2.11.) and from 5pm – 8pm (in the period from 3.11. – 31.3.)
- Lunch – à la carte menu is available during the restaurant opening times from 12am to 4:00pm.
- A free coffee and tea set is at disposal in every hotel room.
- Small snacks can be ordered in our Lobby bar during the day.
Services and facilities at disposal for our hotel guests: dry cleaner’s and laundry, iron and ironing board to borrow, souvenirs, tourist information, safes in rooms, left luggage office, audiovisual conference equipment rental (flipchart, data projector, plasma TV, other items according to individual needs) copying, secretarial services, interpreting, assistant services
Please inform us about the needs of your child when booking. Baby beds, baby chairs, kid’s step stools, baby baths, potties, bottle warmers, socket protectors, kid’s bathrobes are for free if you wish, a kid’s menu is at disposal at the restaurant. Baby nappies, swim nappies, swim rings, swim floaties and other swim equipment can be purchased at the hotel reception.
Every Friday and Saturday, amusing activities are offered for kids and adults, pool exercises, competitions, parties for kids, discos with a mascot. Feel free to use the kid’s corner next to the Lobby bar as well.
The following payment cards are accepted at our hotel: Master Card, VISA, VISA Electron, International Maestro, American Express. The hotel reserves the right to have all payment cards authorised when clients check in.
The Hills hotel doesn’t offer wheelchair-friendly rooms.
Pets (dogs and cats) are welcome at our hotel, but they are not allowed in the restaurant, bars, wellness centre, kid’s corner. If you wish, we will be happy to lend you dog and cat beds, food and water bowls for free. The extra pet charge is €20/ night.
Every pet must be leashed in all common areas and accompanied by their owner. Pets cannot be left alone anywhere. Any hotel property damage caused by a pet must be reimbursed in full by the respective guest.
The Hills hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Guests can use a Cigar lounge located next to the Lobby bar or smoke on outdoor terraces. Smoking is strictly forbidden in hotel rooms and there is a €50 fine for cleaning if the rule is violated.
Your accommodation price includes unlimited access to the Nature Wellness centre.
We suggest booking other wellness services in advance or when checking in. Book massages, treatments or our exclusive private VIP Star Lounge.

In case of your interest, you can purchase additional wellness services from us at our Hotel Horizont Resort, which is located near the Hotel Hills.
